All purchases made from PINK PANTHER | SERVICES are subject to this Refund Policy. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms in full.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only if:

- the product does not function as described, and
- our support team has attempted to resolve the issue without success

Any issue must be reported within 12 hours of purchase. Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:

- accidental purchases
- change of mind after purchase
- decision not to use the product
- voluntarily abandoning the service
- failure to follow provided instructions
- system incompatibility due to unmet requirements

Once a license key or digital access has been delivered, the purchase is generally considered final, except where required by law or where approved at our sole discretion.

4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, customers must contact our official support channel.

Requests must include:

- a clear explanation of the issue
- evidence demonstrating that the product does not work as described
- confirmation that all troubleshooting steps provided by support have been followed

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used. Processing times depend on the payment provider and typically take 3–10 business days.

6. Case-by-Case Evaluation

All refund requests are reviewed individually. Approval or denial is based on the specific circumstances and our internal policies.
